I only accept payement made by PayPal because I think it is the safest and the fastest way.

Each product is individually wrapped and placed in an envelope with bubbles, to ensure that it will arrive in perfect conditions.
I send your package in a maximum period of 48 hours after reception of the payement. Then I will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.

I send my jewelry with a tracked mail – International Registrated Mail -, for every country. 
I also propose safest shipments if you like, but they are more expensive. It’s your choice.
Once your package has passed the Dutch border, you can locate it on your own country's post services website. 

I am not responsible for lost or unclaimed items. Each package has a proof of postage.
The buyer is responsible for customs fees that might be expected from him. He must know what kind of items can be legally imported in his own country.

Additional policies and FAQs

From the moment I register your package at the post office, the delivery takes:

  • 1 to 3 days for the Netherlands
  • 3 to 10 days in Europe
  • 2 to 4 weeks for international, depending on the customs services.

Returns and exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges just contact me within: 14 days of delivery. Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery.

I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
